DUNNAMANY, well up from the start, swerved repeatedly in the stretch, but was wearing the winner down at the end. LADY SYBIL, unable to improve her early position, moved up fast in the stretch and finished stronily. NAT BRAGG made up ground. WAHCOO, used up in the pace, quit badly in the final eighth. DUCKIE ROSE, in close quarters early, moved up fast after five-sixteenths, took command ncaring the final three-eighths, drew away rapidly, tired in the final eighth, but held BUD BROOM safe. The latter, forced to lose ground for three-eighths, came through the field for the drive and finished strongly. BRINY DEEP, well up from the start, was sent to the outside nearing the stretch and held on well. NATALIE MAE, unable to improve her early position, made up ground in the drive. CHIFALLY had a rough trip. TEMPLE HILL, on the inside throughout, failed to improve his position. AMERICAN RED began from outside of the stalls and quit badly after three-eighths. BARANCA, fractious and fast to begin, raced HIGH SANTA into submission, drew away rapidly, failed to withstand the winner, but held the others safe. SHINING HOUR, fractious, appeared to injure herself when she straddled the stalls, began from outside of the machine and tired after improving her position. VIRBET closed with a rush. JOAN D. made up ground. HIGH SANTA sprinted into a long lead early, but gave way fast after relinquishing the lead. ROYAL CHARM, also a cause of the long delay, showed nothing. ABLE ABE quit. CORUM, allowed to drop back early, responded fast after reaching the stretch and closed with a rush. BE BIG worked her way forward on the inside and finished well. JUDGE KAVANAGH quit. COMMUNIST showed nothing. SICKLEBILL was outrun. TRAHISON well up from the start, took command under hustling tactics, gave way after five-eighths: careened into the fence shortly after reaching the final eighth and lost its rider.
