BILLBO OUT OF DERBY LATONIA, Ky., June 17. Frank P. Letel-lier. New Orleans turfman, abandoned plans for the shipment of Billbo to Hawthorne to fulfill his engagement in the 5,000 added Chicago Derby. Though the Bagenbaggage three-year-old worked in excellent manner for the race, Letellier decided to pass up the Hawthorne feature.
