TRAINER COOK FINED AKRON, Ohio, June 17. Trainer B. F. Cook was fined 5 by the Northampton stewards for failure to bring the horse Singleam to the paddock in time for the third race and for not reporting to saddle the horse. All horses trained by him have been suspended for the remainder of the meeting.
