WEATHER FAVORS MEETING CICERO, 111., Oct 15. John Patton, secretary and treasurer of the National Jockey Club, is much gratified with the early success of the Sportsmans Park meeting. Approximately 5,000 turned out for Mondays opening and crowds on succeeding days have been correspondingly as large. The pleasant weather which has prevailed since opening day has been most welcome to the Sportsmans Park management.
