SEABISCUIT TOP WEIGHT FOR EAST HiLLS HANDICAP -CINCINNATI, Ohio, Oct 15. Seabiscuit, winner of two stakes at Detroit and third in the Western Hill Handicap here, was assigned top impost of 116 pounds for Saturdays ,500 added East Hills Handicap, which attracted an entry list of thirteen for the race at one mile and one-sixteenth. Mucho Gusto, disappointing favorite in the Western Hills, will carry 111 pounds. Black Gift, one of the leading handicap starsof the Chicago season, and Paradisical, come next, under 110 pounds each, and Cristate will be burdened with 109 pounds. Marynell, which furnished a big surprise in annexing the Western Hill, was assigned 108 pounds. Don Creole, which appears to have reached the form that carried him to several successes during the Florida season, gets in under 107 pounds, and the weights scale down to 95 pounds, which will be carried by Just Frank. Several of, the eligibles had their final preparations for the race late Wednesday and this morning. Seabiscuit went a mile handily after the last race yesterday in 1:45, and this morning Cristate covered the same distance in .1:51, while Beau Tod traveled it in l:48s and Marynell in 1:53.
