The tenth stakes feature of the Texas Breeders and Racing Associations autumn program comes up for decision Saturday afternoon in the running of the Epsom Downs Handicap, ,500 added event for three-year-olds and over, at a. distance of a mile and a furlong. Ten of the fifteen distance performers nominated for the stake accepted the weights assigned by handicappcr Tom J. Brown with Norman "Butsey" Hernandez" entry of Biography and Woodlander getting the top imposts. Biography, winner of the Texas Handicap, over the mile and a sixteenth route, and second to- Mln Ormont, also a candidate for Saturdays number, in the Elks Handicap last Wednesday, will shoulder 118 pounds. The consistent Woodlander Is rated two pounds less in the esteem of handlcapper Brown, while Wise Player, which represents Mrs. J. Freeman, is held next with 110 pounds. The Epsom Downs Handicap occupies fifth place on the program arid is surrounded with an excellently arranged offering of races to complete the eight-race half holiday program.
