J ROCKINGHAM TURF NOTES- S -9 Cheatham Parks, who was in the stewarda stand during the Suffolk Downs meeting, "will be on hand throughout the Rockingham Park race meeting. James Butwell,. who was the former great race rider, has been very active as a patrol judge throughout the New England race season and will act in the same capacity here. The stewards will be very busy before the opening to issue licenses to horsemen and jockeys. Tom Thorp, William Almy Jr., H. D. Monroe and representative of the New Hampshire Racing Commission C.
