-- ------ f I VOTE ON MATCH RACE NEW YORK, N. Y., April 11. The fate of the proposed 00,000 match race between War Admiral and Sea- biscuit at Belmont Park will be known tomorrow. At the request of C. V. I Whitney, who owns a large block of stock in the Westchester Racing Asso- ciation, Joseph E. Widener, president I of the organization, has called a mcet-i ing of the board of directors to decide the issue. Widener, who is not in good I health at present, may not be present, but no doubt will be represented by proxy. The other directors arc George H. Bull, Henry W. Bull, John E. Cow-j din, C. V. Whitney, John Hay Whitney I and A. G. Vanderbilt. C. V. Whitney, it ! is understood, is opposed to match ! races for extravagant purses. Whether j he controls enough votes to block the proposed event at Belmont Park in the ! fall will be determined at the meeting of the directors. ,..----.-------------
