PALMER TO ACT AS JUDGE LEXINGTON, April 11. Due to his busy season as manager of the breeding department of Coldstream Stud, Charles A. Ken-ney will be unable to serve as placing judge during the Keeneland meeting. His place in the stand will be filled by Joe Palmer, associate editor of the Blood Horse.
