NEED REGISTRATION PAPERS LEXINGTON, Ky., April 11 Owners and trainers of two-year-olds are required to present registration papers at the time that the entry is made with the racing secretary at Keeneland, it was announced here today. Any entry not accompanied by The Jockey Club certificate will be rejected and not accepted until the necessary credentials arc provided. However, the letter of verification of the registration which is demanded at the j winter tracks need not be filed with the secretary.
