1 BEULAH PARK TURF NOTES f $ Danny Cronin, custodian of the mutuel ticket room at Beulah, was an arrival here. He came from Tropical Park, where he was employed in the mutuel department. Frank "Whitey" Turner is training two horses at Beulah Park. Turner, who. formerly owned the good mare Inspection, spent all of 1937 on his farm near Youngstown, O. The lure of the races proved too great, however. S. D. Hudson plans to introduce six two-year-olds, all by the stallion, First Chance, to racing at Beulah Parks spring meeting May 4-30, inclusive. The juveniles are now on Hudsons farm at Mentor, O. Austin Rader, of near Circleville, O., who formerly raced a string of horses with his brother, Orle, died recently. He was 59 years old.
