ZEVSON COLUMBUS ARRIVAL Bartlett Star to Compete in Feature Races of Coming Meeting at Beulah Park. COLUMBUS, Ohio, April 8. Zevson, stake and handicap performing son of Zev, is in the stable of twelve that trainer Joe Baum-bach shipped to Beulah Park from Hot Springs, Ark. Zevson is owned by Mrs. E. H. Bartlett and will run in several handicaps during the Beulah meeting, April 22 to May 20. He won 5,390 in 1938, 4,135 of this amount being earned in stakes. was in the Widener Handicap at Hialeah Park, when he ran second to War Admiral. He accounted for two stakes last year, winning both the Dr. Russell E. Stone Memorial Handicap and the Pontchartrain Handicap at the Fair Grounds. Others in Baumbachs stable include Eddie Wrack, a superior mudder, and Straight Thru.
