NEW BEULAH SECRETARY FRED V. BURTON Fred V. Burton will soon take over his new duties as racing secretary at Beulah, Park for the twenty-five-day spring meeting, April 22-May 20. It will mark his first appearance as an official at Columbus. He has been racing secretary at Dade Park and Charles Town for a number of years.
