RATHER COSTLY DINNER LONDON, England, April 17. It cost James Roosevelt approximately 15 to dine with King George and Queen Elizabeth at Windsor Castle last night, it was learned today. In Brussels for an embassy ball, Roosevelt learned there . was no regular transportation facility that could get him to Windsor in time for the dinner. He accordingly chartered a private plane from a Belgian aircraft company.
