PUBLIC WORKS BUREAU BILL WASHINGTON, D. C, April 17. The senate unemployment committee has given its approval to a bill which would abolish existing relief agencies and form a new public works department. The new agency would also absorb the C. C. C, the National Youth Administration, the Bureau of Public Roads and the buildings division of the Treasury Department.
