CLEVELAND POST TIME 2:15 CLEVELAND, Ohio, July 29. With the discontinuance of twilight racing, excepting Thursdays, at the plant of the Thistle Down Racing Association, the post time for the first race, Monday, will be 2:15 Eastern "Standard Time. On Thursdays only will there be late racing at the course. The post time for the first race on that day will be 4:30 p. m. Due to the. resumption of the schedule of racing such as prevailed in past years, scratch time was moved back to 8 a. m.
