Dinner Horn Prevails in Best Event on Beulah Park Program COLUMBUS, Ohio, May 19. W. V. Reeves saddled the winner of the Eddie Wagner Purse, featured event at Beulah Park this afternoon in Dinner Horn. Nijinsky and Funderburg divided the minor awards after the trio had provided a rousing stretch struggle, requiring a photo to separate them at the finish. Dinner Horn came from behind during the run home to get up in the last few yards, which marked his second success of the present meeting. Funderburg displaced Nijinsky from the lead nearing the turn for home, but the latter camexagain in the closing stages to secure the place award. When Symmetry came from behind through the stretch to annex the fifth race, it marked a double for T. B. Cromwell and the ninth winner of the meeting for trainer B. S. Littrell. Stately Soul had previously scored for this stable in annexing the initial event rather handily, in which maiden juveniles were engaged.
