West Virginia Notes CHARLES TOWN, W. Va., May 19. Another woman entered the ranks of trainers when Mrs. R. W. Chambers of Punxsutawney, Pa., was granted a license by the West Virginia Racing Commission here last Wednesday. Mrs. Chambers will direct the training of her sprinter Honey-play for local competition. Frank Moon, out of the saddle for a couple of years, due to increasing weight, made a successful comeback in the saddle here on Tuesday, when he rode Pit Terrier, owned by Mrs. Naomi Martell, to victory in the eighth race. Louis Morris, former rider, who has a small stable assembled here, received a pair of two-year-olds from Max Hirsch which will be raced here during the balance of the meeting. The horses, New Yorker and Sea Miss, are the earliest additions to the schooling list of starter John Morrissey, who is holding classes each morning from 7:30 until 9:30. W. J. Daly, paddock judge here, is supervising the training of the Mrs. A. J. Boyle horses which will be raced during, the current meeting. A. J. Bpyle Ranch reports the arrival of a colt foal from the mare, Well Aware, owned by Mrs. A. J. Boyle. The youngster was sired by Dauber. Apprentice Charles Gogge, a native of Staten Island, N. Y., made his local debut here Friday on Golden Story in the sixth race. Jockey John Beedle has stored away his riding equipment for the duration,
