Pneumonia Fatal to Wishbone John M. Hutchins five-year-old. Wishbone, who recently arrived at Sportsmans Park from Florida, died of pneumonia at the half-mile track this morning, trainer Monte Weil reported. Wishbone, who was by The Porter and out of Tiens, once carried the Calumet Farm silks and while a juvenile figured in the famous "grand slam" of that stable in the Arlington Futurity, with Sun Again finishing first, Some Chance second and Wishbone third.
