I » • i • Judge to Retire From Racing JAMAICA, L. I., N. Y., April 22.— The veteran Steve Judge plans to retire from active participation in racing and return to California for a long rest. He has been on the ailing list for some time and is seek-! ing to improve his health. He took over the A. T. Simmons horses during the Hia-t leah Park meeting, succeeding R. E. Wing-field.
