Abandon Receiving Barn FAIR GROUNDS, Detroit, Mich., June 3. — William J. Bowling, Michigan State Racing Commissioner, announced here today that the use of the local tracks receiving barn will be discontinued after Mondays program. Dowling called for a turfmens vote here on the use of the receiving barn and a big majority of the horsemen voted against the retention of the present receiving barn system.
