Two More Bills Relating To New Orleans Racing NEW ORLEANS, La., June 3.— Before the deadline was reached Sunday night for the introduction of bills, two more relating to racing in New Orleans were dropped into the hopper of the House of Representatives. One measure seeks to alter the division of the revenue from horse racing whereby the city of New Orleans would receive four-fifths of the taxes collected instead of the current one-third, while the other would prohibit the disseminating of racing news outside the enclosure of a race track. Representatives Ambrose M. Smith, Clyde Bell, Sr., and Joseph L. Piazza, all of Orleans Parish, introduced the bill providing for*a change in the division of the levy, as a reinforcement move should the measure to legalize off -track betting meet with defeat. The existing racing act would remain intact except for the section dealing with division. The bill relating to the dissemination of racing information outside track enclosures exempts newspapers published daily and consecutively for one year prior to the adoption of the act. A penalty of ,000 to ,000, or imprison-| ment for one to three years is provided.
