Omnibus Handicap Draws Overnight Field of Ten MONMOUTH PARK, Oceanport, N. J., June 28. The Omnibus Handicap returns to the American racing scene tomorrow afternoon after a lapse of 53 years when a field of 10 top flight members of the handicap division parade postward in the first revival of the one mile and a furlong special. Paragon Stables Bob Mann will be the starting highweight in the 0,000 special, the stout-hearted brown son of Stagehand Edabull, having been assigned 115 pounds. Bob Mann invades the local course from New York where he has been knocking on the door in recent engagements. Two pounds away under 113 pounds is Mrs. Tilypu Christophers Bel Reigh, a two-time winner at Monmouth Park, who may rule the post time favorite, despite the high quality of the rivals mustered against him. Another top member of the local handicap division expected to prove a staunch contender is W. W. Jones Bull Play, who has been assigned 112 pounds for the weekend feature. Bull Play enjoyed a highly successful Kentucky campaign before reaching this point and has indicated in both trials and actual competition that he entertains an extreme fondness for the well-cushioned Monmouth Park track. Others named are Prefect, 112; Sky-tracer.lll; Adonis, 110; Pentin, 109; Bold Dan, 107; Attendant, 105, and Signals Bloke, 103.
