New Jersey HBPA Meeting MONMOUTH PARK,. Oceanport, N. J., June 28. The organization committee of the newly founded New Jersey chapter of the HBPA has called a meeting for July 1 in the recreation hall on the backstretch, Frank Christmas, chapter vice-president, has announced. Members of the chapter, as well as non-members, are Invited to attend.
