Six Evenly Matched Routers I Hook Up in Ak-Sar-Ben Test AK-SAR-BEN, Omaha, Neb., June 28. The Quivera Handicap serves as another of the exceptionally fine handicaps arranged by Ak-Sar-Bens racing secretary, Richard A. Leigh, Sr., for tomorrows presentation. Having had some of the most thrilling and closely matched handicap events that could be possible, Leigh has had as many as seven horses fighting for supremacy in the final yards of both his sprint and distance contests, while upon two other occasions five horses have been present at the wire. The field for the one mile and 70 yards Quivera Handicap is small and select, with only six starters named for the ,500 purse. All have gathered laurels at the meeting, while only Prince Vito has had the distinction of a repeat triumph. It is difficult to select any outstanding choice, although from performance without consideration of weight, G. and W. Shultz Na-mur must receive the decision. In last Saturdays Black Gold Handicap the Shultz star was outgamed in the last few yards by Seventeen Guns, to be beaten a half length. Trailing behind him in this race were tomorrows main competition, Miss Real, Final Reward and Cowlan. Of the first of these, G. W. Renfroes Miss Real finished the closest up, beaten a length and a half at the wire. In the estimation of Leigh, Namur provides the main threat, being assigned to carry 113 pounds, with Bert Hodsons Prince Vito next in line with 109. Miss Real and Jacks Pride each are to carry 108 pounds, while Final Reward, who might have shown to better advantage in her last, excepting interference in the stretch, is burdened with 106 pounds. Cowlan represents the feather weight
