Jullien New Aqueduct Head NEW YORK, N. Y., May 14.— The directors of the Queens Couny Jockey Club met in their New York offices at 250 Park Avenue this morning and elected Cyrus P. Jullien, president of the association operating the Aqueduct race track to succeed the late Theodore J. Knapp. James Butler, president of the Empire City Racing Association was elected vice-president, the post formerly held by Jullien.
