James A. Creal.Suffers Serious Injuries in Automobile Crash LYNN, Mass., May 30. James A. "Blink" Creal, horseman who became involved in a "ringing case" that eventually caused him to be ruled off by the New Hampshire Racing Commission, is in a critical condition at a local hospital as the result of an automobile accident last night in the nearby town of Saugus. Creal sustained a possible skull fracture and other injuries. He was believed to have been driving a car which figured in a head-on collision. Creal is well known in New England racing circles. He was forced out of active participation in the sport when he allegedly bought a horse named Allpulch, sight, unseen and won a pair of races with him at Rockingham Park. It was later revealed that the horse, in reality, was Sea Command, a son of War Admiral, who had won against better company in Maryland.
