Jockey S. Luce Grounded SUFFOLK XOWNS, East Boston, Mass., May 30. The stewards issued the following ruling today: "Jockey S. Luce is suspended for rough riding during the running of the second race this date. It is recommended to the Massachusetts State Racing Commission that the suspension be continued 10 racing days, June 2 to June 12, inclusive."
