INVERETTE, never far back and well ridden, moved up boldly when roused and, after taking command in the stretch, was ridden out to hold her advantage. PUFFED UP, a sharp factor from the start, responded readily when hard ridden through the stretch, but was not good enough for the winner. EPIZAR, slow to reach her best stride and outrun early, closed fast under brisk urging. SIXTYS THIRD, away slowly, worked his way forward steadily after the opening quarter, but could not threaten the leaders. MIGHTIEST assumed command early, made the pace to the stretch, then weakened. DEJURE broke very slowly. LOOKOUT RASCAL had brief speed. PARI-JOE began alertly, but failed to stay. SONS HIGHLAND, fractious at the post, began well, but could not keep up. KSAR OF AUDLEY improved his position steadily, came to the outside for the drive and responded to brisk handling, wore down VALDINA AIDE, then held SIBLEY safe. The latter, slow to begin and outrun to the final quarter, finished fast through the stretch, but could not reach KSAR OF AUDLEY. VALDINA AIDE went very wide entering the stretch and reached the lead, but faltered near the finish. TRADEMARK, sent to the inside for the drive, could not better his position under punishment. THUNDER HOOF raced forwardly placed to the last furlong, then weakened SUPER MARINES was outrun. MY JULIE tired after going a half mile. FOSS BARKER had early speed! GRAFAIRCHAN, forwardly placed from the beginning, held on willingly, but was not good enough for the winner. EL NEGRO, sent to the inside for the drive, closed stoutly under punish-,m,eJ . MANKCUB0B assumed command early, made the pace to the final furlong, then weakened. GAEL VIXON was outrun. QUEEN JODY was never dangerous. FIGHTING MAC was far back throughout. CLOSE UP began slowly. OH BOY, forced to take up when bothered by VINITA MARSHALL after a furlong, moved up well when clear, was forced wide during the stretch run when GAINER bore out, but lasted to hold the latter safe. The latter, a sharp factor from the start, was snugged until reaching reaching the stretch, drifted out during the drive and could not overtake OH BOY. PILATESUN, slow to begin and in hand to the last three-eighths, made a good bid entering the stretch, then faltered near the finish. CODE MENTOR raced evenly without mishap. MISS WINKS began fast, but could not keep up. GIN AND IT was never a serious threat after the break. VINITA MARSHAL crossed his field after the start, impeded OH BOY, then reached the lead after three-quarters, but tired badly thereafter and lost qround steadily. Overweight Miss Winks, 5 pounds. SACATON failed to stay after showing early speed. AMPHIBIOUS, on the inside throughout, stumbled repeatedly in the slow footing and tired badly after the opening quarter. The latter, away very slowly, saved ground while in hand to the upper turn, moved up with a rush when roused, then swerved repeatedly during the last furlong and could not menace KING BAY. SIDDONS, never far back, could not threaten the leaders when set down in the drive, but lasted to withstand BALH El M. The latter, never a serious factor, finished willingly under punishment. FRANK MUNNS, in hand while saving ground to the stretch, came gamely when sent to the outside in the drive and was up to dispose of LOST AND FOUND in the last stride. LOST AND FOUND went to the front early, held a short lead when settled in the stretch and continued resolutely, but was unable to hold the winner, just missing. BULLSEL moved up boldly near the stretch, made a good bid when set down in the drive, then faltered near the finish. ROY JAY, in hand and saving ground to the stretch, failed to rally when hard ridden in the drive. LEON I DAS lacked early speed. CREDENTIALS had brief speed. GENIES MATE could not keep up.
