Sir Francis Good Effort ATLANTIC CITY, Mays Landing, N. J., May 30 Sir Francis, a five-year-old son of Sickle and the Man o War mare, Armada, who was purchased by C. E. Nelson of southern Maryland, principally as a stallion prospect, is doing all right by that owner while awaiting retirement to the stud. His six furlongs in 1:11 in the Imperial Potentate Hammers Purse was one of the top sprint efforts of the young meeting. Sir Francis is a candidate for the 0,000 Boardwalk Handicap on June 14.
