Crump Has Eighteen in String ARLINGTON PARK, Arlington Heights, HI., May 30. William Crump, who recently arrived here from Churchill Downs with his large public stable, now is conditioning 18 thoroughbreds for campaigning at this fashionable Illinois course. Included in the jnit are horses owned by J. Howard Rouse, Arthur B. Hancock, Jr., and Mrs. William Crump. Presently quartered in the Crump barn are Three Dots, Blue Grass, winner of the 1947 renewal of the Kentucky Oaks, Springtide, Margaret, Holocaust, Night Miss, Dark Lace, Hard Held, Fast Pulse, Mister Kilroy, Withastar, Wickerswish, Wayfarer, Weedy One, Woodford Sir, Cotton Candy, Flitaway, and Little Xs.
