Four in Collins Stable FAIR GROUNDS, Detroit, Mich., May 12. — J. R. Collins, prominent Motor City automobile magnate, and Mrs. Collins, are to be represented at the Michigan Racing Association meeting by a small but useful stable. Trainer James Neil registered Fourth Degree, Veragel, Lady Jo, and Hy Touch after that quartet of thoroughbreds arrived here from Churchill Downs.
