TRPB Representatives Set Up Offices at Detroit FAIR GROUNDS, Detroit, Mich., May , 12. — A. F. Wells, special representative of the TRPB, arrived in Detroit yesterday. . Wells stated that the TRPB tattoo crew was immediately set up in the north stable : area and it is now in the process of tatoo-ing , horses for the meeting. All horsemen are requested to make immediate arrangements to have this work done as soon as ; possible. . All persons who will apply for passes or badges to get into the stable area are requested to report for fingerprinting. • Fingerprinting crews are operating on the ! second floor of the racing secretarys office. ■ Those who have had their prints taken i at other tracks are requested to bring their TRPB identity card to the fingerprint office - so that a record can be made of their : identity card number.
