Beulah Park Ruling BEULAH PARK, Grove City, O., May 12. — The stewards issued the following ruling here yesterday: "On report of the state chemist that the saliva test on the horse Nitro Fire, winner of the fourth race Saturday, May 7, had showed positive reaction, owner and trainer C. J. Carter and three other horses owned and trained by said C. J. Carter, namelyl Phaltup, Lake-view Miss and Annleigh, have been suspended and the matter referred to the Ohio State Racing Commission."
