W. H. Rowley Passes Away GARDEN STATE PARK, Camden, N. J., ., May 2. — W. H. "Next Town" Rawley, noted i race track figure, suffered a heart attack and passed away Monday night in his hotel I room in Philadelphia. The viewing will be held at the Charles J. Rowan Funeral i Home, located at 1113 Mount Vernon Street, Philadelphia. The funeral arrangements will be handled by the New Jersey f division of the Horsemens Benevolent Protective Association.
