Goff Greatly Impressed CHESTER, W. Va., May 9.— Harry G. Goff, of Pittsburgh, son of the late owner and breeder, M. B. Goff, recently toured the nearby 187-acre Waterford Park racing plant, most modern mile track in America, and summed up his inspection with the one word statement "... spectacular." He plans to send a draft of horses here from Lexington, Ky., for the May 19 opening of the 40-day inaugural meeting.
