Four Expected Starters Out Of Black Eyed Susan Stakes PIMLICO, Baltimore, Md., May 9.— Four three-year-old fillies who had been expected to appear in Saturdays Black-Eyed Susan Stakes will not be on hand for that mile and three-sixteenths counterpart of the Preakness, according to word received today. Greentree Stables Ruddy will skip the engagement because the route is too far, A. G. Vanderbilt will not send Sweet Talk from New York and Duval Headleys Aunt Jinny will remain in Kentucky. Cary T. Boshamers Carolina Queen suffered cuts during the running of the Kentucky Oaks and will not go, although final decision will not be made until tomorrow. The Susan field now looms like Jaco-dema, Vulcania, Nothirdchance, Break of Day, Discree, Kiss Me Kate, Signal and Florida Fay.
