C. F. Henry Arrives at Camden GARDEN STATE PARK, Camden, N. J., May 9. — Charles F. Henry checked through here on his way to Detroit and Chicago in the interest of the Thoroughbred Owners Corporation, formerly called the Thoroughbred Owners Trust Fund. Under the new set-up, all owners of uninsured thoroughbred horses destroyed by accident while on the track for a race, would receive the net value of the purse to the winner, a sum not to exceed ,500. Each year a percentage of surplus will be set up in a separate fund to partially compensate owners of horses lost by fire, or an act of God.
