Connell to Return to Detroit DETROIT, Mich., June 11.— Richard A. Connell, president of the Hazel Park Racing Association, will check in from Florida next week and begin preparations for his tracks 1951. season. While in the Sunshine State, Connell underwent minor surgery, but made a satisfactory recovery.
