Jockey D. Madden Fined DETROIT, Mich., June 11.— The Michigan Racing Association stewards posted the following ruling today: "For abusing his mount, Fancy Flyer, after crossing the finish line in the seventh race, Saturday, June 9, v jockey Darrell Madden is fined 5."
