MON-FALON, a sharp factor from the beginning, assumed command after disposing of MISS MICARIDA, steadily increased the advantage and won with something left. THE FARMER, never far back, closed willingly under urging, but could not threaten the top one. BOSS BROKER was forwardly placed from the beginning, raced well to the stretch, then drifted out while tiring. BANK BANDIT, away slowly, gradually worked way forward to the stretch, but tired during the drive. HALCYON CROSS had no excuse. HI BOB was outrun. MISS MICARIDA quit after displaying early speed. MISS BOB, a keen factor from the beginning, was sent to the middle of the track and into the better going for the stretch run, responded to mild urging and, after racing by JESSICA B., won going away. JESSICA B. went to the front early, made the pace until inside the stretch, but could not withstand the top one. FENELANE began fast, but dropped back after the start and raced fairly well thereafter. COMMITMENT raced evenly without mishap. DARBY DOODIT failed tc rally when set down through the stretch. PLAY EDA gradually improved position to the stretch, was sent to the outside for the drive and, responding to strong handling, disposed of GAY LIBERTY, then held CHILDERIC safe. The latter, away sluggishly and in close quarters at the upper turn, came fast on the inside when clear and finished well, but could not overtake the winner. GAY LIBERTY went to the front at the start, made the pace to the final furlong, then faltered. NIGHTLIFE was outrun. GRANDE MONDE could not keep up. DACCORD, a forward factor from the beginning, saved ground during the drive, but could not reach the winner, although easily best of the others. BORN TO WIN was unable to reach the leaders when set down through the stretch. TACONY engaged ILLUSTRATE to the stretch, but had nothing left for the drive. CHIEF JOHN 0., a keen factor from the start, raced by DICKS HAY DAY nearing the stretch, then responded to brisk urging and held MISWEET same. The latter, in hand to the stretch, bore in badly during the drive, impeded DICKS HAY DAY and could not overtake the winner, but was disqualified for fouling and placed third. DICKS HAY DAY went to the front at once, gave way to CHIEF JOHN 0. near the three-furlong pole and was tiring when bothered by MISWEET during the stretch run. OUR KITE, a keen factor from the start, went into command after disposing of TED YOCHUM near the stretch, responded readily when ridden out and increased his advantage during the last three-sixteenths mile. TED YOCHUM raced by SONNY M. after going a furlong, gave way to the winner, but continued gamely to best the others. RARE KNAVE lacked early speed, drifted out at the stretch turn and, tiring, just lasted to withstand NIGHT PARADE. The latt-r. outrun to the stretch, saved ground during the drive and finished well under punishment. SKYRAIDING could not keep up after displaying brief speed. M CORK gradually worked way forward and finished willingly but was unable to seriously threaten the winner. AIRTROOP was hustled into command soon after the start, made the pace to the stretch but faltered when challenged by URGENT. PILOGY lacked early foot and was never dangerous. ONE PLAY tired after showing early speed. GLORYS CHANCE began sluggishly and never reached serious contention. GOOD HEAVENS was through early MR. TUCK did not like the slow track. LADY PICKFIELD began alertly but dropped back after the start, gradually improved position after the opening quarter, but could not get to the winner. RAIDER LARUE, on the outside from the start, closed well under punishment, but could not menace the leaders. NOBLE IDEA lacked early foot and raced wide through the stretch WHIRL OFF made a good bid entering the stretch, but tired badly during the final furlong. NO NO ANNA went to the front early, raced wide after leaving the upper turn and lost all chance. OBRIENS PAT tired after racing prominently to the stretch. HIKES POINT could not keep up.
