Jockeys Mills and Sackett Suspended at River Dawns RIVER DOWNS, California, Ohio, June 23. — The stewards here today issued the following rulings: "Jockey B. Mills, after previously being warned, is hereby suspended ten 10 days, beginning June 25, through July 5, for rough riding around the clubhouse turn in the second race, June 22. Jockey B. Sackett is hereby suepended teff .10 days, beginning June 25, through July 5, for failing to keep his mount. Boss Foot, straight during the running of the second race, June 22. Boss Foot was disqualified and placed third."
