Stewards at Ak-Sar-Ben Issue Quartet of Rulings AK-SAR-BEN, Omaha, Nebr., June 23.— The following rulings were issued by the stewards here: "After investigation and further deliberation, the / ruling on jockey William J. Bailey, dated June 1, 1951, has been changed to a fine of 00.00. "The suspension of jockey John Orosco has been reduced, permitting him to accept mounts on and after June 23, 1951. "Jockey Len Loveridge will be permitted to accept mounts on and after June 23, 1951. "For extreme carelessness in the stable area and endangering property of others, groom Herman C. Piatt is suspended for the balance of this meeting."
