Y., June 25.— The condition of steeplechase jockey George Foot is described by officials at Physicians Hospital as "fair." The French boy was in-iat jured yesterday in a spill from Flag Ho in the hurdle race, suffering a fractured clavicle and a severe concussion, but escaping the skull fracture that was feared when he was taken to the Jackson Heights Infirm-ith ary. Jockeys Bob McDonald and Sidney ONeil, who fell in todays hurdle event, escaped with bruises.
