Joost Out Week or Ten Days PHILADELPHIA, Pa., June 20 UP.— An X-Ray examination revealed today that Eddie Joost, who injured his leg in last nights game between the Philadelphia Athletics and Chicago White Sox, suffered no broken bones but would be out for a week to ten days. The X-Rays disclosed that the shortstop suffered a badly sprained right ankle and knee. Joost was injured when he collided with White Sox shortstop Chico Carrasquel in an attempted steal of second base.
