Stewards Rulings HAWTHORNE, Cicero, 111., June 20. — The stewards here today made the following recommendation in a ruling on the final day of the Lincoln Fields 30-day meeting: "It is recommended to the officials of subsequent race meetings in Illinois that the entry of the horse, Snorkel, be refused on the grounds that he is x dangerous hcrse."
