Fifteen-Minute Shutdown ARLINGTON PARK, Arlington Heights, III., June 20. — Clarence Brink-man, track superintendent at Arlington Park, announced today that the main track here would be closed daily from 8:00 a. m. to 8:15 a. m., to permit his crew to recondition the racing strip. Brinkman stated that both the main track and the training track will be open daily starting at v5:00 a. m. The fifteen - minute shutdown period affects only the main track.
