G. Hanford; bred by G. H. GarrisoB. IN GATE-5:45. OFF AT 5:45* EASTERN DAYLIGHT TIME. Start good. Won driving; second and third the same. DESTINO SON enjoyed a commanding lead while being rated to the stretch, drifted out slightly while clear entering the stretch and held sway during the drive. BETTY C. was always formidable, moved well to midstretch and weakened. Clarks claim of foul against the winner for alleged interference was disallowed. ARDAN LARK rallied too late. COLONY DAME raced evenly. FOREST GAL was always far back. SPEEDIE STEVIE was a factor for five furlongs and flattened out badly.
