Lillis Stops Off at Delaware , DELAWARE PARK, Stanton, Del., June 14. — Donald C. Lillis, president of Bowie Race Course, stopped off at the Stanton course on Monday. It was his first visit to the Stanton track. Lillis attended a board of directors meeting at the Southern Maryland track yesterday.
