PORT WINDSOR, reserved within striking distance, raced slightly wide into the stretch, then quickly wore down MUZZLE and drew away. The latter was rated setting the pace, but offered no resistance to the winner- SCOTCH BIM raced prominently placed and weakened. TROUT LURE raced on the outside throughout and pulled up lame. DAYROUND was outrun. DELVE AROUND raced wide. BLUE DANDY quit The horses were dismounted during the post delay caused when BLUE DANDY injured his rider at the gate and a substitute jockey was acquired.
